Campground Rules

Please review our policies to ensure a wonderful stay for everyone

At Lazy Days Campground we are pleased to provide the best experiences Elk River has to offer. Whether your getaway includes floating, camping, or a stay in one of our amazing cabins, these rules are intended to ensure that your experience and that of the other guests are enjoyable.

Booking & Cancellation

30 day cancellation notice required on all cabins, camping, RV spots, and floats
Raincheck policy – Flood Policy: Rain alone will not cancel the float. We do float in the rain. If the river is flooded, you will receive a raincheck.

Cabin Guests

Cabins must bring their own bedding, towels, toilet paper, and charcoal
No pets in cabins - $250 cleaning charge if you bring your pet
Must float using our equipment if you rent a cabin

Quiet Hours & Conduct

After 11 PM, no loud radio, loud talking, or loud noise of any kind
No dirt bikes or ATVs on resort grounds
No firearms or fireworks on resort grounds

Pet Policy

Keep pets on a leash at all times
Never leave your pet unattended
NO AGGRESSIVE DOG BREEDS
No pets in rafts
No pets in cabins

River & Float Rules

Absolutely no glass containers on or near the river - Missouri State Law
No personally owned boats allowed on our property - we provide all floating equipment
Campers must also go on a float during their trip
No fishing poles in rafts
You may not bring your own firewood

Liability & Safety

We cannot be responsible for property loss due to theft or damage during your stay
Camping, floating and other river activities include some danger - we cannot assume responsibility for personal injury, medical payment, property loss, or damage while floating or during your stay
You will be asked to acknowledge this by signing a liability waiver before your outing begins
